With over 20 years of experience working with and observing hundreds of business operations in all kinds of industries, Gary has learned lessons from the likes of Jack Welch to the homeless panhandler at Waterloo station. Most of his experience has revolved around having open, candid, and powerful conversations about the nature of winning with his clients and then inspiring them to apply new thinking and fresh ideas to their specific challenges. After 15 years of working with only gifted individuals and a seven year period of applying a set of ideas drawn from coaching projects and engagements, Gary combined them with his unique insight into human cognition to real-world situations and people, and created a unique and successful approach to "breaking the boundaries" that individuals, teams, and businesses place on what they believe is achievable. He calls this approach "The Unplugged Edge".
